Walt Churchill’s Market, 3320 Briarfield. Maumee, (419) 794-4000. 12:00 – 5:00 PM. Portugal Rising – The Still Wines. Special Guest Winemaker in store. We are honored to host Catarina Vieira (Owner/Winemaker of Herdade do Rocim) and Sara Caldeira (Export Manager of Quinta do Mouro & Monte Branco) in store for a special wine tasting. Portugal has been a source of quality wines since the early 1700s and yet it is known almost exclusively for Port. No ports in this tasting. We are focusing on the wonderful dry reds & whites that offer incredible quality & exceptionally great values. Nominal fee per sample.
