Satek Winery, (260) 495-9463, 6208 N. Van Guilder Road, Fremont, Indiana in conjunction with Apron's Inn is hosting a gourmet seven course dinner prepared by Linda Hankins of Apron's Inn Gourmet, paired with the award winning wines of Satek Winery. The event will celebrate Bastille Day.
Larry Satek will be your instructor for the night, teaching everyone the rationale behind wine pairing and how to identify what characteristics of food and wines compliment each other. After the dinner you will have a better sensory appreciation of food and wine and be able to apply what you have learned in future settings.
The dinner and class begins at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive a little early to check in and be seated. Dinner will be finished around 9:30 and you will have the opportunity to purchase wines at the end of the class for a 10% discount.
